DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship using Correos or Correos Express. All parcels include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order has been confirmed.
Each item is made by hand in our studio, which means it takes approximately 5 to 10 business days to prepare your order before shipment. The estimated delivery timeframe will vary depending on the destination country. As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking information.
You will receive your tracking number by email once your order leaves our workshop. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Unexpected delays due to customs, courier issues, or other external factors may also affect delivery times.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and shown clearly before you finalize your purchase, so you can review and approve them in advance.
