Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at 1994jewelry@gmail.com.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Once the piece arrives back at our studio, we will check that it is in its original condition and arrange your refund to the original payment method.
